Christmas has come early this year! These Christmas-in-July themed Oreos are perfect party favours or lunch box treats!The class includes;
THEORY…
- Comprehensive notes on how to make the Oreos
- Tips and tricks on how to make the most out of your mould
- Basics on working with chocolate (type, melting, colouring, storage)
- Basics on working with fondant (colouring, storage, glue types)
- Recipe for edible glue
- Use of chocolate, royal icing, fondant, edible prints, applying lustres and glitters to your Oreos
PRACTICAL…
- Basic work with fondant (use of plunger cutters, silicone moulds and applying details to Oreos)
Includes:
- Take home Oreo Mould
- Box of 6 Oreo Treats (8 Oreos are on the artwork but you’ll get to decide which 6 you want to make)
- Tea and coffee
