YOUR STRATEGY MAP
Of course you have a good business plan that lays out your strategies and activities for the next 5 years. However, my 2 hour workshop, will take you through a methodology that is used by many companies big and small world-wide. The methodology is called OGSM, which stands for Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Measures and pulls together your business plan on a single page so that your strategy is clearly prioritized, focused and easily actioned- it enables you to monitor your progress on a monthly basis. It makes you feel your gaining control and that your are spending your scarce resources most wisely.
