The Event

Aspiring Black Leaders and Legalese have partnered to bring you a legal presentation which will focus on the broad terms and conditions which should be considered when you are entering into any agreement - whether that interaction is once-off or ongoing. This includes common pitfalls for small businesses and how to protect yourself against them. The session will cover aspects such as:
- Each person's contractual obligations
- Common payment structures
- The legalese  (the formal and technical language for legal documents)
- What happens if something goes wrong - who's responsible?

This presentation is ideal for anyone who offers their services to others or contracts others to provide services to them.

Legalese is a legal agency which provides commercial legal services to the creative and tech startup industries. Their services are accessible, affordable and tailor-made to your size, industry and needs, which gives you the opportunity to focus on your business.
