This new series isn't about profiling how incredible these men and women are, instead we want to understand the trials and tribulations of what it took to get there, the many mistakes they made and ultimately how this could translate into success for you and me.
Our third guest in this series is Ian Russell who is the CEO of BCX. Imagine being at the helm of a R2.2 billion business. We are going to pick Ian's brain about how he got to this point, and try to get a glimpse of life through his lens, now that he's there. We want to understand how he balances his work with other areas of his life. As Ian is from the UK, we also want to know what it is about South Africa that made him stay.
