ABOUT
Musician and composer Rynier Prins is joined by Daniel de Wet on the grand piano performing some of his compositions. They will explore various themes which they will present via the music that will be interspersed with anecdotes about the various influences on the compositions.Before the concert we will serve the following menu:
Hors d'oeuvre: mini pizzas
Starter: Spinach and cheese spring-rolls served with a tomato stew
Mains: Sweet and sour Bulgarian beef served on basmati rice, carrot and sweet corn bake and a warm broccoli, baby marrow and pea snaps salad
Dessert: Caramel Lavoka cake served with vanilla custard
