The Green Building Design Group ™ Green Café is a knowledge exchange platform attracting leaders from diverse industries, professions and backgrounds who deliberate on sustainable green initiatives and how to best implement these in the built environment. The Green Cafés have been designed by Green Building Design Group™ to lead interactive, practical and future-proof approaches to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in society. This year the Sustainability Week organisers have partnered with the Green Building Design Group to present the Green Café Tshwane!

• Sub-Context: As a C40 Partner the Capital City has committed to the  C40 Cities South Africa Buildings Programme;
• City has plans to implement a Green By-Law 

*A net-zero energy building produces the same amount of energy it consumes
