Tickets cannot be refunded through this platform as we purchase ingredients and prepare baked items for classes well ahead of the class however tickets can be transferred (so if you can't make it you are most welcome to send someone in your place). If for some reason you are unable to attend, please contact the organiser so we can arrange a refund (in full if cancelled before more than 72 hours before the start of the class or in part if cancelled after).
