3. User and Group setup
4. Different Tax Types and Return submissions
5. Maintain Taxpayer Details
6. Apply for Tax Clearance Certificate
7. Submit Dispute
8. Using e-Filing Help-You-e-File services

About the Presenter:
Adv. Carien van Dijk is the Executive Director of Tax Services of The Supremacy Group. She obtained her LLB and LLM: Taxation from the University of Pretoria and is currently also a lecturer at Varsity College.
Carien previously worked at FirstRand Bank Limited, where she was the Senior PAYE and TAA Specialist, focusing on the employment and tax administration requirements of FNB and FirstRand Corporate Centre. Previously she also formed part of the Employment Services Tax Team in PricewaterhouseCoopers – Sunninghill looking after various of big brand Companies. She sits on various of industry boards and deals daily with SARS and Department of Labour on behalf of clients.
