Nqabenhle Manana is currently an Asset manager at Growthpoint Properties. Growthpoint is the biggest listed property fund in South Africa with assets close to R 100 billion. His responsibilities include providing strategic direction of the property fund. Nqabenhle has also been involved in property in his personal capacity for the past 5 years. In this period, he has built a substantial portfolio of mainly flats in the CBD and townhouses int he West Rand. He is also managing investment for a number of investors. This involves the whole process of identifying properties to invest in, performing investment analysis, managing the transfer and managing the asset once transferred.
