ABOUT
It's 10am on a Sunday morning in Muizenberg.We begin with Rahle's yoga class. No prior experience required, nothing to challenge the body.
As we finish the class, Rahle will take us into a state of deep relaxation during which Pops and Dave take us on a sound journey using instruments from Asia, Oceania and Africa. It's a therapeutic state called yoganidra where the fluctuations of the mind are stilled like the surface of a pond on an absolutely calm day.
We return from this state for a quiet lunch (vegetarian) afterwhich Dave & Pops will give us a short concert of intimate music inspired by their travels to Northern Europe, Cuba, the Himalayas and the Kalahari desert.
