ABOUT
Black Light Boot Camp is a great way to finish off your week and get your weekend started with a bang.
Bring along a friend or your mom (hint - early mothers day gift!) and experience Boot Camp like never before!
The 60 minute class is open to all fitness levels and abilities and suitable for ladies and gentlemen ages 12 +
Make sure to wear anything neon or bring along an old white shirt to paint. Upon arrival you will receive a goody bag containing glow in the dark paint, glow sticks as well as a resistance band.
Gym Mats are available, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Arrive between 6 - 6.30 to get kitted out for the event. There will be stencils available for the less artistically inclined ;)
The event will start 6.30 promptly!
