Our Parent Association invites the Milnerton and greater community to join our Market day. This will take place on Saturday 1st December 2018 and you are welcome to sell your home crafts or market your enterprise.
 
A once-off site charge of R 100 per single stall 1.5m) and R150 for a double stall (3x3m) will be applicable (maximum 1 stall per vendor), with all profit accruing to the vendor. Double stalls will be allowed to bring a gazeebo no larger than 3x3m and umbrellas only for single stalls (Umbrellas and gazeebos may not be placed and obstruct any of the walkways.
 
Food Vendors using gas or any form of heated appliance need to bring a fire extinguisher with them and it needs to be visable and easily accesable. Electricy will be available at a cost for food vendors only – information to be supplied at a later stage.
 
So as not to create conflict, the following criteria will apply:
 
·  No cars will be allowed to stay on the premises during the market
·  All stalls are to be kept clean and tidy on the day
·  No items that would be rated PG18 will be allowed at all.
·  No fireworks or any other illegal/dangerous items may be sold
·  No alcohol may be sold in any form. 

Vendors may set up their stalls from 08:00. Vendors are to supply their own table, set up and decorate their own site by no later than 09:45 on Saturday 1stDecember 2018. All vehicles are to be removed from the school campus by 09:30. Vendors are to vacate the site by no later than 16:30.
 
Interested vendors are to book their stall on Quicket………..
 
Limited space available, first come first served basis. No negotiation on site allocation will be considered.
