ABOUT
We present a Black Tie fundraising event for Gay Pride. It will be a special evening with lots of prices, a raffle, a cabaret and a special three course meal prepared by Chef Gideon at The Lucit Restaurant and Theatre. This is the time to dress up, take to the red carpet and enter an evening of elegance and five star entertainment.The menu prepared by Chef Gideon will include the following.
Complimentary welcoming drink with the compliments of Rosenthal Wines
STARTER: Snack platter comprising a duck ragoût in a philo parcel, new potato salmon quiche, venison carpaccio stuffed with saffron cream cheese, and a shrimp and roasted red pepper kebab.
MAINS: Sous vide Chateaubriand marinated in a smoked paprika sauce, grilled chicken fillet with a parmesan cheese crust, sweet potato fritter, and a green bean and broccoli souffle.
DESSERT: Chocolate mud cake
