ABOUT
Glow in the dark under the stars!Reconnect to your inner warrior with the help of neon body paint and blacklights. The evening begins with some social fun as we get creative and paint ourselves and others in brilliant neon colours, and create a build up of energy! Followed by a fun filled 90min rhythmic yoga session that will add a new twist to finding balance, we end off the night in a deep relaxation to de-stress and unwind. Leave the event glowing on the outside, as well as a healthy glow on the inside!

Bring:
Wear bright clothes that you dont mind staining in neon, your yoga mat, water bottle and towel. Limited yoga mats are available at the studio on a first come first serve basis.
