Ikhaya Le Themba - Hungry Games

Join us for an event of EPIC proportions! Ikhaya Le Themba is hosting our first Fundraiser for 2018 - The Hungry Games is a fun filled event for the whole family, promoting our Hungry Tummy Pack initiative. Xtreme Scene Events (https://www.xtremescene.co.za) has partnered with us to host a day of fun and adventure with 6 events, including:

 

Be sure not to miss out, the event takes place on the 12th of May at Provence in Wellington. Enter your teams of 5 for R200 per person, there will be 24 teams competing. Come dressed up and ready to be a kid again! There will be prizes so make sure you come dressed up showing unity and ready for action. Along with the games we will have a slow market and entertainment, be sure to come out and support your teams. When: 12 May 2018 10am to 3:30pm (teams need to register from 10am with the first event starting at 11am sharp)

Our Hungry Tummy Pack initiative is a dehydrated food pack that we hand out to the community. These packs are vital, especially with the current cost of living. Each pack consists of rice, lentils, dehydrated vegetables and himalayan salt. We sell these packs for R25 to companies or individuals who in turn donate them back to our beneficiaries. Just a small way that we can change communities, one life at a time.
