ABOUT

On 19 May Lebone Unplugged will host an exhilarating evening with South Africa’s award-winning house music trio Mi Casa. Since 2010 Mi Casa has skyrocketed to success, spreading good vibes across the globe with their signature sound and unparalleled creativity. Don't miss the chance to be part of this special event!

Proceeds from this event will go to the Lebone II Scholarship Fund to provide full and partial scholarships to talented children from our community.

TIME

Gates will open at 16h00 on the day, and will close strictly at 18h45 before MI CASA takes the stage at 19h00. 
No late arrivals will be admitted.

The Hugh Masekela Tribute Band will perform at 18h00.

EAT & DRINK

A variety of food and beverage stalls will be open from 16h00 to purchase light meals, drinks and snacks.
Strictly no alcohol is permitted.

THE AMPHITHEATRE

The Amphitheatre, at the heart of the Lebone II - College of the Royal Bafokeng campus, is the school's main gathering space; a place where we engage, share and enjoy each other's company. The Amphitheatre seats 1600 people and over the past 2 years has hosted Johanny Clegg and Lira to great success.

Please be aware of the following information ahead of the evening:
  • Gates will open at 16h00. Gates close at 18h45 and no late arrivals will be admitted.
  • The Hugh Masekela Tribute Band will perform at 18h00. Mi Casa will perform at 19h00.
  • NO TICKET, NO ENTRY! Each person is required to have a ticket; this includes children of all ages.
  • Tickets will be checked at the entrance gates and each person in the car must have a ticket. Tickets will be scanned at the venue entrance.You will be guided to parking depending on your ticket. 
  • Bags will be searched on entrance to maintain security.
  • STRICTLY NO ALCOHOL OR SMOKING IS PERMITTED.
  • All guests are required to be in the venue and seated by 18:45. No late arrivals will be permitted.
  • There will be no numbered seating. Seating within the ticket type can be taken on a first come/first served basis. 
  • In the event of emergencies or bad weather, the show will be postponed.
  • Food and soft drinks will be on sale - no external food or drink may be brought into the venue.
  • We remind guests to bring blankets and cushions to sit on and wrap around themselves as the evening wears on. No chairs may be brought into the venue.
