** About this event **
Melt in blissful cosmic magical heart-opening with a chocolate bliss dance ceremony. Experience the healing properties of raw cacao offered in a sacred ceremonial space, followed by and intertwined within a deep, guided immersion into conscious dance. These two practices support each other in leading you into a state of deep open-hearted oneness and expansive bliss.

** What to bring **
Dress in loose comfortable clothing to dance in and bring water to drink.
** Preparation **
- VERY NB: Drink lots of water throughout the day. This will help to alleviate side effects caused by the strong detox action of cacao when taken in ceremonial doses.
- Avoid dairy for the day. Dairy lines the intestines and thus hinders the uptake of the cacao.
- Avoid caffeine for the day. Mixing caffeine with ceremonial doses of cacao can cause the heart to speed up too much, especially in sensitive folk.
- If you are on strong chemical anti-depressants, mood balancing or blood thinning drugs you need to please contact us before booking and consult your doctor. Cacao has a potent action re feel-good brain chemicals activity and is taken in high doses in ceremony - this potency on top of chemical activity is not advisable.
