Learn to give a sensational and loving-touch experience
** About this Event **
In this practical workshop, experience and develop practices and techniques to provide a sensorial and loving-touch experience for your partner or clients that is heart-centered and safe.
This sensation-rich experience, combining a fluid balance of masculine and feminine sensations and qualities, is designed to activate and enliven all senses of the body, heart and soul. It is spacious, respectful and consensual, creating a safe and deeply nurturing environment for deep relaxation, heighten awareness and emotional release.
** Purpose of this Event **
An entry-level workshop providing a safe and guided opportunity to learn, receive and practice sensual and loving touch.
Attending the workshop you will:
Topics covered include:
** Boundaries and Consent **
Your boundaries will be respected - communicating these and giving consent (or not) will form part of the instruction and practical exercises. You are encouraged to take care and responsibility for your needs and will be supported in this.

** Event Format **
This event will be in a group format as well as in random smaller groups of 3 (where possible - the needs of couples will be taken into account).
** Is this for me? **
For couples or individuals, this event is open to adults of any experience level regardless of your believe about how you look or what you know.
Often we can give ourselves a hard time about how we think we are perceived by others - this is an opportunity to go beyond that, to be vulnerable and be experienced just as you are.
This event if for you if you desire to:

** What to Wear **
Comfortable loose clothes for before the event and something warm for after.
** Cost **
R1000 per person; 10% discount if booked and paid for on or before 16 March 2018.
** Refreshments **
This event includes two coffee breaks and a light lunch.
** Duration **
6 hours during the day – instruction, exercises and practice.
** Prerequisites **
No previous experience of massage is needed.
** Facilitator **
Stephen offers support and guidance in the conscious exploration of self though intimacy, sexuality and relationship, facilitating personal and couples session work, workshops, retreats, difficult conversations and conscious dance experiences.

- Practice what you learn in giving and receiving

- Developing emotional sensitivity and awareness
- Tools and techniques for working with the senses
- Energy and emotional healing
- Integrating feminine and masculine principles
** Boundaries and Consent **
Your boundaries will be respected - communicating these and giving consent (or not) will form part of the instruction and practical exercises. You are encouraged to take care and responsibility for your needs and will be supported in this.
Please note the following:
- This is a mixed gender workshop
- Nudity is encouraged and celebrated but certainly not required
- Inclusion of genitals or any other part of the body that may be sensitive to you in the giving or receiving of this experience is entirely optional and at the discretion of each person in terms of their own needs as per the discussed and agreed boundaries
