The Fun Run 2018 countdown begins!After the success of last year’s Beer run event, Stellenbrau is once again organising a Fun Run for 2018.
All participants are challenged with running or walking 5km on Wednesday 21 March.
Participants walk, jog, or run approximately 5km, then enjoy an ice cold beer! Everyone is invited to enjoy the day’s entertainment: live music, great food, giveaways and activities with partners and sponsors. Everyone receives a craft brew on the running route.

This may be different than other “races” you’ve done. We like to keep things relaxed, and all of our events are untimed so everyone can run or walk at their own pace. Instead of closing down the streets, we ensure a safe and fun running route through the Devon Valley wine route.

Event Day Details
Please arrive 30 minutes before the start to get checked-in.
Bring a valid ID. You do not need to be 18 to enjoy the event, but must be 18 to enjoy the beer. (Registered, underage participants receive a complimentary non-alcoholic beverage).
There will not be a bag check; please plan accordingly.
The course is open, meaning roads will not be closed. You are responsible for obeying all traffic laws and regulations.
- We run rain or shine! Dress appropriately for the weather.
- Dog are allowed, please make sure they are on a leash at all times and all dogs and dog owners need to start at the back of the race.
- Moms and dads with little ones in prams/pushing carts are allowed but need to take note that this is an off-road/trail run and the conditions are not ideal.
