This one day workshop will show you how to master your mind by taking you on a journey within so you can start to operate from a mind that is functioning at its optimum:
- You will explore your unique map of reality from which you project your life
- You will begin to recognise what is real and what is not and self correct
- You will gain a greater understanding of why you react to certain things and shift
- You will learn how the mind works and the connection between thought and feeling
- You will learn how to identify your "stuck" thoughts and use Byron Katie's 4 questions in order to release them
- You will learn about mindfulness and the power of the present moment and being conscious
- You will learn about the power of positive acknowledgement and the benefits of reframing
