WHAT TO EXPECT:
What if you could fall in love with your whole life, the beautiful parts and the ones you wouldn’t have chosen?
I’ll share two unforgettable stories that have deeply inspired my own journey and journal writing, stories about finding beauty, meaning and courage in the places we least expect. From there, we’ll put pen to paper with guided prompts that invite you to notice what’s lovely in your life, make gentle peace with what’s hard, and practise writing as a way of living more wholeheartedly.
In this workshop you’ll:
- Hear two stories that open the door to seeing your own life differently.
- Write with simple, thoughtful prompts designed to spark insight and creativity.
- Explore journaling as an ongoing practice, not just a once-off exercise.
- Leave with an exhale, a lighter heart, and fresh inspiration to take your journal writing to a whole new level.
No writing experience needed. Whether you’ve journaled for years or haven’t picked up a pen since school, you’re so welcome here.
