RWC2018 is bringing you a new course! It’s longer, harder, muddier and even CRAZIER than before!!! Do you think you can do our new 5km course? Have you got the RHINO WARRIOR in you??
The rhino warrior challenge is a 5km course with mud, running, climbing, jumping, crawling and maybe a few paintballs to avoid here and there. We have challenging obstacles such as the rope climb, the monkey bars, sandbag and poll carry.
This course is not for the weak

- RHINO WARRIOR TEAM – The race of the day is our RHINO WARRIOR TEAM CHALLENGE, you need 4 members in your team, make sure your warriors are in it for the team, no one wins until all the warriors are across the finish line – so pick your most trust worthy war buddies who are in it to win it!
- ELITE RHINO WARRIOR - do you really think you can be the elite warrior? – In the individual race you need to complete the entire course ALONE (if you dare) good luck and don’t forget to bring your friends – you will need them to carry you home.

To win this race you need to be the fastest team and complete every single obstacle, depending on how many penalties are given to you, you MIGHT not be able to win prizes/medals for the fastest time, however you can win other prizes such as best dressed, dirtiest team and best team spirit.
WARNING: This course has high points of 10meters and includes water activities - Last year we found a lot of under 16s were scared to get down from an obstacle because it was too high and there were too many obstacles they were unable to complete, this held up other teams as they had to wait. Our course is built to be hard for ADULTS, this is why we have changed our age limits to 15 and over.
Remember, the Rhino Warrior Challenge isn’t always about best times and beating everyone else, it’s about completing those challenging obstacles that you couldn’t tackle last year and raising money for our Rhinos! The Rhino Warrior Challenge is an annual event, raising money for the Protrack Rhino Task Team NPO 164-507 who specialise in saving endangered species like Rhino and pangolin, don’t worry they never forget about the little guys! In 2017 the Rhino Task Team removed over 300 snares on properties around Hoedspruit Limpopo.
