Brokers Breakfast: Be First Through the Door

Coffee. Muffins. Two brand-new Workshop17 spaces, and you get the first look.

Wednesday 11 November | 09h00 – 12:00 | Doppio Zero

Workshop17 is about to open two new locations, and we’d like our broker partners to see them before anyone else. Join us over coffee and snacks, meet the team, and take a tour of the spaces your clients will soon be asking about. Both open in 2027, with the first coming online on 1 April 2027.

ON SHOW:

Workshop17 Hazelwood, Pretoria

Work where the neighbourhood lives. Three floors of workspace on the corner of Oaktree Avenue and 18th Street. The building sits among leafy streets, local cafés, boutique retail and green spaces, so the day flows between focus and downtime.

Workshop17 Fourways, Johannesburg

A Jozi skyline moment. Our newest boutique offering sits above Fourways Mall in The View, one of Johannesburg’s newest lifestyle precincts. It has sweeping city views and a sophisticated library-bar design feel, and it’s an easy drive from William Nicol Drive and the N1.

Grab your ticket and secure your spot. We’ll save you a seat and a flat white. Wear closed shoes as it is still a construction site.
