ABOUT
Are you preparing for the future of work, or only for the next version of your job?
Most conversations about the future of work focus on skills, technology and the jobs that might survive. But that is only the first stage of preparing for what's ahead.
Join futurist and strategy coach Charlotte Kemp to explore three stages of thinking about the future of work:
- Your relevance: The skills and competencies you'll need as the world of work changes.
- Your options: How to take ownership of your development and build possibilities beyond your current job.
- Our future: What happens when we question the relationship between work, wealth, human value and the society we want to create?
From AI and future skills to professional independence and the meaning of work, this session will take you beyond the obvious and challenge you to look at the future of work differently.
Discover the three stages, consider where you're focusing your attention, and explore what you might be missing.
For individuals, HR and L&D professionals, and leaders who want to look beyond today's jobs and tomorrow's skills.
