It combines cycling and running with guided conversations, creating a safe space for men to share challenges and discover strategies for resilience.

We’re hosting 3 different dates and venues:

* Sir Anthony Store, Vosloorus

* Book ibhoni Soweto

* Under Bar Craighall Park

You’re free to choose the activity you’re most interested in — whether it’s Run Group or Cycle Group. Afterward, we gather in the Connect Circle for open conversations on wellness, resilience, and brotherhood.
