Xhanti Nokwali Indlu Ka Saqhuma :

Join Eastern Cape-born composer, vocalist and songwriter Xhanti Nokwali for an intimate live performance tracing the evolution of his musical journey, from his earliest recordings released on Bandcamp to his latest six-trac EP, Indlu ka Saqhuma. Presented with a three-piece band, the performance brings together songs from across Xhanti's discography, exploring the threads of language, lineage, and land that connect his work. Rooted in isiXhosa expression and exploring the realms of African folk and world music, Xhanti's performances are immersive and expressive, using music to transport audiences into spaces that are both searching and communal. Moving between the personal and the collective, the performance invites audiences not only to listen, but to feel, reflect and connect.
