ABOUT

On Sunday 11 March 2018, Steenberg High School presents (in association with Musiquelaine SA, Fostering Foundation, Music Exchange and RJ Benjamin) the inaugural CFLAT YOUTH JAZZ FESTIVAL.
Opening at 3pm, the festival will be held in the main courtyard on the school premises, where the 1000-seater Alstom Music Pavilion’s been erected.
School principal Mr Kraak is delighted to see the courtyard at the school being used to its full capacity, something that’s allowed the following schools to participate at this exciting inaugural event:
 
  • Steenberg High wind Band
  • South Peninsula High
  • Steenberg High Jazz Band
  • Steenberg High Jazz Ensemble
  • Stellenbosch University Big Band
  • Fostering Foundation Artists
    The show includes special guests Sophia Foster and RJ Benjamin.
