Step into the extravagant world of Prince Orlofsky, a wealthy nobleman who opens his doors to an elegant party filled with champagne, colourful characters and delightful musical entertainment. Against a backdrop of glamour and playful mischief, guests are treated to an intimate concert featuring guest artists, capturing the irresistible charm, wit and lighthearted spirit of Strauss’s operetta.
Directed by renowned opera stage director and lecturer Christine Crouse, this small-scale staged production brings together the vocal talent, musical artistry and theatrical skills of the Odeion School of Music’s Opera and Voice students. The performance marks the culmination of their educational programme, offering audiences an opportunity to experience the next generation of operatic performers in an engaging and entertaining production.
