Concept
 
Tea in the tree is a multi genre day festival consisting of both acoustic and electronic bands in the day, and funked out disco, house, tech, and melodic electronica at night. This festival revolving around fun, and venturing into the unknown, provides a platform for local talent to thrive. Beautiful locations, carefully crafted line ups, and attention to detail make this garden party experience unique.
 
The sister festival to Into the Wild Experience, Tea in the Tree is the natural evolution of the acoustic garden stage featured at Into the Wild Raised by Wolves in January 2017. After a magic dance together in December we return for the second edition of the tea party, 'A Whimsical Tale'.

40kms from the Cape Town CBD, on the boarder of Stellenbosch and Somerset West, lies the lushest of gardens to play host to our first ever tea party. Take a dip in the pool to cool off in the summer heat, or dance beneath the trees, as we take you upon a magical sonic journey.

Take the N2 from Cape Town.
Take Exit 38 – Macassar
Turn LEFT onto Macassar Rd / M9
At the robot turn left onto Old Main Rd / R102
In 1.3KM Ridgemore Villa will be on your right.

*Tickets for this event are limited, and should tickets sell out prior to the event there will be no cash sales at the door.
 
Please bring your ID or driver’s license along with you. This is an over 18 event. We will not be responsible for anyone who has bought tickets or travelled to the event and is under the age of 18. Tickets are not refundable.
 
 
Shuttle Service
 
Shuttles will leave at 12:00 from Sea Point Library and will return at the end of event the following morning. The shuttle cost is R120, and tickets are available above.
