Menu: 
Welcoming drink: Cosmopolitan cocktail
Hors d'oeuvre: Beetroot chapatis with saffron cream cheese
Starter: Chilled Roasted red pepper soup with cheesy croûtons
Mains: Leg of lamb croquettes in a cheese sauce, Beef fillet kebabs in a burgundy sauce,
Duck ragout in philo pastry parcels drizzled with a sweet orange sauce. This trio is served with roasted rosemary potatoes and a melange of carrots, baby marrows and red peppers. 
Dessert: Red velvet Ganash trifle with frangelico custard
Vegetarians can contact Gideon to discuss the menu.

If there is something on the menu that you do not eat, you are welcome to contact Chef Gideon and he will
help you choose something else.
