Crimson House LIVE at The Brass Bell

Crimson House LIVE at The Brass Bell

About Crimson House

Crimson House has grown to become one of South Africa's most successful independent bands, renowned for selling out shows nationwide, headlining major music festivals, and building a dedicated cult following since their formation in 2010.

Known for explosive, transformative live performances, they are frequently requested as the final act to close out festival nights.

The group prides itself on performing entirely live from the heart without the use of backtracks. Their headline concerts often feature up to three-hour sets made up entirely of original material, drawing from a catalog of over 60 released songs.

They welcome a diverse fanbase including outcasts, hippies, metalheads, trance lovers, gypsies, blues lovers, and jazz cats alike.

Musical Style & Sound

Rejecting commercial trends and standard genres, they carved out a unique blend often described as Afro-Ska, Gypsy Punk, or Gypsy Jungle Music.

Their music seamlessly shifts between jazz, rock, blues, ska, Afrobeat, Balkan music, hip hop, and live EDM, driven by chopping guitars, wild saxophones, and a heavy rhythm section.
