Is there an entry fee?

No! Entry to Carols @ Cberg is free, but booking is essential to help us manage capacity. Please book your free tickets through Quicket.

Do I need to book for a specific session?

Yes. We're hosting two sessions on Sunday 6 December, and you'll need to select your preferred session when booking your tickets.

• Session 1: 4:30pm – 5:30pm
• Session 2: 6:30pm – 7:30pm

Please make sure you select the correct session for everyone in your booking.

Can I attend either session?

Absolutely! Both sessions will feature the same Christmas carol experience, so you can choose whichever time works best for you and your family.

If you're attending the second session, you're also welcome to arrive early, grab something to eat and enjoy the festive atmosphere before the carols begin.

I booked tickets but can no longer make it. What should I do?

We're sorry you won't be able to join us! As tickets are free, there's no refund to worry about. However, we'd appreciate it if you could release your booking or let us know at [email protected] so that someone else can make use of the available space.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving a little early to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

For Session 1, please note that the venue will not open before 4:00pm. We'll confirm the exact opening time closer to the event, so keep an eye out for updates.

If you're attending Session 2, you're welcome to arrive earlier in the afternoon to enjoy the food trucks, coffee and festive atmosphere before the carols begin at 6:30pm.

Will food and refreshments be available?

Yes! We'll have a selection of food trucks and coffee available at the event.

To make ordering as easy as possible and help keep queues to a minimum, we'll be offering pre-orders ahead of the event, as well as an opportunity to place orders before each session.

Please note that only card and SnapScan payments will be accepted. No cash.

Will there be food options for children?

We'll have a selection of food trucks offering food and refreshments for the whole family. We recommend bringing along any additional snacks your little ones might need.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

We'll have a selection of food options available from our food trucks, including vegetarian options. However, we're unable to guarantee that all dietary requirements or allergies will be catered for. If you have specific dietary needs or allergies, please check directly with the food trucks about ingredients and preparation.

Will there be entertainment for the children?

Yes! A selection of free rides for young children will be available to add a little extra festive fun to the afternoon and evening.

Can I reserve my seat?

Seating for both sessions will be unreserved, so seats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

We recommend arriving a little early if you'd like to sit together as a family or group.

What's the programme?

Both sessions will include a time of Christmas carol singing and a short message as we gather to celebrate the joy and hope of Christmas together.

Food trucks and coffee will be available around the sessions, with plenty of opportunity to connect and enjoy the festive atmosphere.

Where do I park?

Parking will be available inside the Cape Academy school grounds, as well as along the road outside the school.

We recommend arriving a little early to allow time for parking before your session begins.

Our parking team will be on hand to guide you to available parking and help us be considerate of our neighbours. We'd really appreciate your cooperation by following their directions.

Will there be a Sunday morning church gathering?

No. We won't be having our usual Sunday morning gathering on 6 December. Instead, we'd love you to join us for one of our two Carols @ Cberg sessions in the afternoon or evening!

Is the venue accessible?

If you have limited mobility, require wheelchair access or have any other accessibility needs, we'd love to help make your visit as comfortable as possible.
