What it is

Not a lecture. Not therapy. Not a sales event.

An intimate, honest afternoon where you meet yourself where you actually are, and begin to let how you show up tell the truth about who you are becoming (even if she's only a whisper right now).

What you'll experience

– Guided body-based practices to arrive fully and listen to what you already know, because your body has been speaking long before your mind caught up

– Honest reflection across mind, emotions, body, relationships and meaning: a clear, compassionate look at the whole of where you are, not just the parts you usually show

– Being truly seen by other women, without being fixed, and discovering you were never as alone in this as you thought
