Sunday Retreat: Yoga, Meditation & Live Music with Dave Reynolds & Bongani Sotshononda

Hercus Healing presents a unique opportunity to bring Dave Reynolds and vibraphonist Bongani Sotshononda to Fishoek for a Sunday Retreat with Yoga, Sound Therapy & Music.

Dave Reynolds is Africa’s premiere steelpan player and Paraguyuan harpist. Along with the late Chris Tokalon he was foundational in establishing sound healing and music therapy in South Africa.

We begin with a yoga class (all levels, no prior experience necessary) followed by a deep relaxation meditation guided by voice and exotic instruments from Africa and Asia.

After a break for tea, we return to the studio for a concert where Dave & Bongani perform original music from their latest albums featuring 10 string guitar, vibraphone, harp and steelpans.

8 pledges are needed to confirm this event. Once confirmed, general tickets will be made available (at a higher price), so please pledge to make this happen (and let your friends know too).
