Ticket Booking Terms & Conditions

Event Date: Saturday, 21 November 2026

Venue: Dinokeng Game Reserve, Gauteng

Ticket Price: R3,500 per person

1. Ticket Purchases & Confirmation

• All tickets must be purchased through the official Quicket booking platform or another authorised channel designated by Wine Curated.
• A booking is confirmed only once full payment has been successfully processed.
• Tickets are subject to availability and limited to 35 guests.
• Each ticket admits one person and includes the experiences specified in the official event description.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

• Tickets are non-refundable for voluntary cancellations, changes of mind or failure to attend, except where refunds are required by applicable South African consumer protection laws.
• No-shows will not qualify for a refund.
• Where permitted by law, any applicable booking or administrative fees may be non-refundable.

3. Event Changes & Postponement

• Wine Curated reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the event programme, activities, suppliers or arrangements where necessary for operational, safety or unforeseen circumstances.
• In the event of postponement or cancellation, ticket holders will be notified through their registered contact details.
• Any refunds, alternative arrangements or remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Chauffeured Transport & Meeting Arrangements

• Complimentary chauffeured return transport is included in your ticket.
• Dinokeng Game Reserve is the event venue and not the designated guest meeting point.
• All guests will depart together from a central meeting location, which will be confirmed and communicated to ticket holders before the event.
• The event is scheduled between 10:00 and 18:00; however, these times do not represent the confirmed transport departure and return times.
• Final meeting, departure and return arrangements will be communicated in advance.
• Guests are required to arrive punctually at the designated meeting point, as late arrivals may miss the scheduled departure.

5. Age Restriction & Alcohol Consumption

• This event is strictly for guests aged 18 years and older.
• Valid identification may be requested.
• Alcoholic beverages will be served responsibly.
• Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.
• Guests are expected to consume alcohol responsibly. Wine Curated reserves the right to refuse further alcohol service to intoxicated guests.

6. Dietary Requirements & Health Considerations

• Guests must disclose dietary restrictions, food allergies and relevant accessibility requirements during the booking process or notify the organiser in advance.
• Wine Curated will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requirements communicated in advance, although specific requests cannot always be guaranteed.
• Participation in wellness treatments and outdoor activities is voluntary. Guests should inform the relevant service provider of any conditions or concerns that may affect their participation.

7. Wildlife & Outdoor Experience

• Wine in the Bush takes place in a natural bush environment where wildlife, uneven terrain and changing weather conditions may be encountered.
• Guests must follow all safety instructions issued by the organiser, game reserve, guides and activity providers.
• Guests may not approach, feed or disturb wildlife.
• Activities may be adjusted or cancelled where necessary for guest safety.

8. Personal Belongings & Liability

• Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.
• Wine Curated is not responsible for loss, theft, damage or injury except to the extent that liability arises under applicable law.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from gross negligence where applicable.

9. Photography & Videography

• Photography and videography may take place during the event for documentation and promotional purposes.
• Guests who do not wish to feature in identifiable promotional content should notify the organiser before the event.
• Wine Curated will respect applicable privacy and data protection requirements.

10. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to treat fellow attendees, staff, service providers and the natural environment with respect.
• Disruptive, threatening or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the event, subject to applicable law.
• Guests must comply with the rules of the venue and game reserve.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser acknowledges these Terms & Conditions and agrees to communicate relevant event information to any additional guests for whom tickets are purchased.
