Please note, refunds can be made in full up to one week before the course, and 50% will be refunded if you cancel more than 72 hours before the course starts. Cancellations after the 72 hour cut off are at the sole discretion of the organiser. Please contact the organiser if you require a refund. Tickets may be transferred.

Interested in starting a home-based cake business? Our Novelty Course is starting in April 2018 and runs on Thursday mornings once a week during term time for 8 weeks

This a course consisting of eight 4-hour classes, starting on Thursday 26 April.  Covering all the basics of 3D cakes

Carving and covering cakes with fondant
3D figurines
Piping with royal icing
Sugar flowers
Chocolate cakes
How to start a home based business
Costings and pricings
Equipment etc
And BONUS class on using buttercream

The cost is only R5500 per person, and includes a box of equipment for you to keep, this cost also includes ingredients for the course (excluding the ingredients needed for your graduation project).

The course will be held at Julie's home in Claremont so we are limited to only 6 people, so book early!
