Are You Getting Smarter with AI — or Just Faster?

AI can do the work faster. But can you think better?

AI is changing how we work, make decisions and solve problems. Tasks that once took days can now be completed in minutes. But as AI becomes more powerful, one question becomes increasingly important: Are we improving the way we think, or simply producing more work, faster?

When everyone has access to AI, your competitive advantage is no longer just what you can produce. It is how you think, question, evaluate and turn information into meaningful results.

Join Wendy Tan, with over 20 years of research into the human capabilities that help organisations grow and thrive, for an engaging, research-grounded workshop that challenges you to rethink your relationship with AI.

Through the Flame Centre® BRAIN™ framework, you will explore the five thinking capabilities that help you move beyond accepting AI-generated answers to using AI with greater clarity, sound judgement and purpose.

What will you gain?

• Think more critically: Go beyond the first answer AI gives you.
• Make better decisions: Strengthen your ability to assess information and evaluate AI-generated recommendations.
• Add value beyond automation: Understand the human contribution that makes your work stand out.
• Lead with confidence: Build the thinking capabilities needed to guide teams in an AI-enabled workplace.
• Use AI more meaningfully: Shift from simply generating outputs to creating work that delivers real value.

Who should attend?

Whether you are a business leader, manager, HR or Learning and Development professional, entrepreneur, or a professional already using AI in your daily work, this workshop is for you if you want to get more out of AI without losing the thinking that makes you valuable.

This is not another AI tools or prompt engineering session. It is an opportunity to develop the human thinking capabilities that determine whether AI becomes a genuine advantage or simply a faster way to produce average work.

The question is no longer whether you will use AI.

It is whether you will know how to think with it.

Think Sharper. Think with AI.
