Let's pop those headphones on and let our expert facilitators lead the way, into an hour of jingles and magic- with off the chart tunes combining elements of movement, play, mindfulness, and fun connection—all through headphones.

CALLING ALL THE GOOD PEOPLE - who love family friendly experiences and GOOD VIBES - let's celebrate the Jolly Holidays together!

EVERY experience is a joyous occasion for the entire family, making it a wonderful excuse to bring along Grandma, Grandpa, and the kiddos too!

All bodies, ages, genders, and fitness levels are welcome.
