ABOUT
Ocean Hub is a programme that gives young adults from Masiphumelele and Ocean View the chance to build a relationship with the ocean through ocean skills, activism, swimming, free diving, surfing, foraging and professional pathways. This day is a chance for us to give back and share what we have been taught.
The day is planned and run by the students in Ocean Hub’s Professional Skills and Entrepreneurship module. We have planned, budgeted and marketed it ourselves as a real business venture.
Join us for an unforgettable day of underwater adventure, breathtaking ocean views and the beauty beneath the waves. Then let us introduce you to our local lifestyle, culture, delicious traditional dishes and the warmth of our heritage. Come explore, taste, connect and create lasting memories with us. Have your chance to roar “LOCAL IS LEKKER” proudly!
