Wine Farm Run at Skilpadvlei!

Five kilometres through the vineyards as the sun goes down, then live music at the restaurant afterwards .

The 5km sets off at 6:00 PM — a single loop on the farm, on gravel roads through the vines. This is not a race. There is no clock, no chip and no finishing position, so you can run it, jog it or walk the whole way at whatever pace you desire. It takes about an hour at a comfortable walk and there are refreshments waiting at the halfway mark.

There will be live music in the restaurant from 5:00 PM, so the music is already going by the time the last walkers come in. Food and drinks are available to order from our restaurant menu throughout the evening

Join us on Friday, 23 October from 5:00 PM as the vineyards open for the evening.

Come for the run. Stay for the music.

What to expect:

* A single 5km loop through the vineyards - run, jog or walk

* Untimed, with no clock, chip or finishing position

* Refreshments at the halfway mark

* Live music in the restaurant from 5:00 PM

* Dinner and drinks available from the restaurant menu

* Strictly 13 years and older to take part in the run everyone else welcome afterwards

* Younger children are welcome for the evening and the music

* Not running? The music is free and no ticket is needed

* Entry: R60 per person
