This Movember, Move360 Pilates is hosting a men-only Pilates event to celebrate the guys and raise awareness for men’s health. It’ll be a (very) humbling Pilates class, followed by heat, ice and a well-earned cold one with the boys.

Your ticket includes:

• A humbling mat Pilates class. No experience needed, just bring your ego and leave it at the door.
• Sauna and ice bath recovery
• A goodie bag full of spoils
• An ice-cold beer
