CTWC presents
Flight of Lights
Light reds are some of the most exciting wines coming out of South Africa right now, and this masterclass hosted during the Woodstock Wine Festival lines up three of them side by side. Sit down with the winemakers for a focused tasting across three flights:
?
- Natte Valleij: Cinsault
- Crystallum: Pinot Noir
- Momento Wines: Grenache Noir
?
Each flight is three wines from one producer, so you get to see how one winemaker shows a single grape in three different ways. Every variety is paired with its own dish by chef Sjaan van der Ploeg, created to bring out the flavours in the wine.?
?
The masterclass runs from 17:00 to 18:30 at Novaccino Café, Woodstock Exchange, after the afternoon tasting session.
