We’re ending the year with a Blind at Bertha tasting that’s a little different.

This time, we’re putting the winemakers themselves in the spotlight: Bertha’s own Bennie Booysen goes head-to-head with Beyerskloof's winemaker Andri Truter.

You’ll know who the two winemakers are. You’ll know their stories. But once the bottles are opened, the labels are going away.

Your challenge? Taste the wine and decide who made it.

Throughout the evening, we’ll taste a selection of wines from both winemakers, exploring their different approaches, styles and personalities and seeing whether a winemaker really does leave a signature in the glass.

Expect good wine, plenty of stories, a little friendly rivalry and, of course, a few wines designed to keep you guessing.
