The True Natural Heritage of Stellenbosch

Dr Brian du Preez is a botanist and a Smuts Memorial Post Doctoral Fellow at UCT. He specialises in the Greater Cape Floristic Region. His work has led to the description of new species and the rediscovery of plants not seen for over a century. He conducts frequent guided walks on Botmaskop, just behind Dorpplaas.

In this talk, Dr du Preez will share his knowledge of the botanical heritage of Stellenbosch.
