Background & Purpose
Corporates throw lavish year-end parties funded by HR budgets. Entrepreneurs,solo founders, two-person teams, five-person etc rarely get that moment. They build companies, take the risk, absorb the stress, and often close out the year with a quiet exhale instead of a celebration.
This event exists to change that: a space where entrepreneurs can put down the hustle for one day, be seen by peers who understand the grind, reflect on the year, and celebrate that they made it through.
Core purpose: Recognition, reflection, and community, not networking with a purpose, not a pitch night. Just: you made it, and that matters.
- Give entrepreneurs a genuine "thank you" moment they don't give themselves
- Build a peer community that continues beyond one night
- Create space for honest reflection (the wins AND the hard parts)
- Make it fun this shouldn't feel like another work event
