Join me for an inspiring and practical workshop on How To Be Your Own Life-Coach. Help yourself, your family and friends overcome obstacles and acheive your goals and dreams.
 
In this workshop, I'm not only going to be giving you multiple life-coaching tools that I use in my own coaching practise on my clients and on myself but also I will be leading you through a live group-coaching session that will help you bust through whatever it is that you're struggling with right now.
 
This workshop is for you if:
 
- You're tired of feeling stuck in a rut or indecisive with where you are in your life, career or relationship and you'd like to help yourself move forward
- You're tired of playing victim and you're ready to move forward and overcome what you're going through but not sure where to start
- You have goals and dreams that you'd like to acheive but you're just not sure where to start or how to help yoruself
- You'd like to overcome habits, old beliefs, obstacles or anything that is holding you back from your happiest life
- You'd like to help family and friends with what they are struggling with but you're not sure how to help them
- You're interested in coaching as a future career and want to find out more

We will start promotly at 9.30 so please be there by 9.15 for a cup of coffee and to meet like minded people.
