ABOUT
Creative Reset for Neurodivergent Teens and Adults
A low-pressure art journaling & regulation session
A creative space where you don't have to perform, make small talk or get anything "right".
Creative Reset for Neurodivergent Teens and Adults is a small, facilitated session combining nervous-system regulation, creativity and art journaling in a relaxed environment.
Led by occupational therapist Aimee Isaacs, the session offers gentle structure without pressure to participate in any particular way.
We'll begin with simple nervous system regulation exercises focused on simple body movements that release stress and help you connect with your body before moving into guided art journaling using colour, words, drawing, texture and creative prompts.
You can follow the prompts.
You can interpret them your own way.
You can work quietly.
You can talk.
And you never have to share what you've created with the group.
This isn't an art class
There is no expectation that you can draw, paint or journal.
Messy pages are welcome.
Minimal pages are welcome.
Pages filled with words are welcome.
Pages with almost no words are welcome.
There is no right way to create here.

Who is this for?
This session is designed for neurodivergent teens and adults (16+), including adults who identify as ADHD, autistic or otherwise neurodivergent. Please note, under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
A formal diagnosis is not required.
You might enjoy this session if you are looking for a creative way to decompress, have difficulty switching off, enjoy making things with your hands, want to explore regulation strategies, or simply want to spend time in a space where different ways of participating are welcome.
You are welcome to come alone (over 18).
Sensory considerations
We aim to keep the environment calm and predictable. You are welcome to take breaks, move around when needed and use your own sensory supports. There are also sensory supports to try out.
If you have a specific accessibility or sensory need that would help you participate comfortably, please contact us before the session.
Places are deliberately limited to keep the group comfortable.
