ABOUT
SPINÄL FEST | 5 DECEMBER | WOODSTOCK BREWERY
Beers + Bands = Best Time Ever
Spinal Fest is an independent boutique music and culture festival celebrating Cape Town’s independent music scene, craft beer and the Spinal Tap community at large. We've curated a line-up of super rad artists from our Spinal Sessions youtube series, enlisted our most beloved music nerds to DJ and will be pouring our very finest brews from the 400 Brewing Company, Woodstock Brewery and Afro-Carribean Brewery ... alongside many more delightful plans for the day!
So what's the deal?
MC LEBOLICIOUS: - one of our lekkerste locals will be hosting this fabulous endeavour
DJs NICK MATTHEWS, BAGMAN and DJ HOLSKOPPER will be spinning tunes throughout the event, so there's no good reason to stop grooving :P
LIVE MUSIC FROM REALLY COOL BANDS:
- P+A+G+E+S - an atmospheric post-metal trio blending doom, noise, drone, and sludge.
- SIDE PIECE - Rooted in punk and alternative rock, their ‘wall of sound’ approach is confrontational and ready for any stage
- CISTAMATIC - art punk trio known for their infectious live energy, ironic humour, and unapologetic political stance
