Sensory Sanctum invites you to a unique soundbath experience. Find solace of the iconic Milestone Recording Studio, hosted by ambient musicians Sonhum and Floatspace

Through sub-frequencies and the integration of live and electronic spatial instrumentation, the space offers an opportunity to ground through sound. You can also connect with sight and smell.

Come as you are.

Explore sound and its relationship to the senses. We offer you a low-light environment with soporific visuals accompanying the music, and a scent bar of organic essential oils for you to enjoy before and after the soundbath.

Read

Meditate

Stretch gently

Rest

Or simply listen to and enjoy the soundbath in the company of others. Once the soundbath begins, the space will become a reflective, non-verbal environment. We look forward to having you in our sonic realm once again.

Please arrive 5 minutes before the event begins.

Remember to bring a yoga mat, or anything else you might need to feel comfortable and settled.
