Join Us For a Free Course | Latte Art 101

We’re opening the doors to the African School of Coffee with our friends at The Coffee Magazine. Join us for our Open Day, with free training sessions running throughout the day.

Latte Art 101 is your chance to get behind the machine and learn the foundations of milk texturing and pouring with the ASC training team. We’ll work through creating smooth, glossy microfoam, controlling your milk and pour, and bringing it all together to create your first latte art.

No previous coffee experience is needed. Come curious, get involved, and have a go yourself.

What you'll learn:

• The basics of steaming and texturing milk

• How to create smooth, silky microfoam

• Milk jug position and pour control

• How milk and espresso work together

• The foundations of pouring simple latte art
